GP very thorough and listened to my concerns..was sent for bood tests same day..and she booked me in for following week for the results

Need improving on the waiting time to get appointments. Needs a facelift old and tired. More information about how your Doctor is you seeing . Better parking for Disabled people .

Dear Robert, Thank for taking the time to review the practice and allowing me the opportunity to respond to your concerns. I am slightly confused by your comment regarding waiting for an appointment. We offer uncapped medical appointments with a clinician during our opening hours and daily nurse and phlebotomy services. We have introduced booking links for patients who are able, so our patients can book with whichever clinician they like at a time and mode convenient to them. For our patients who aren't digitally confident, our reception team call and offer a variety of appointments with clear information around next steps. I'm afraid I am unsure what you refer to when you describe 'old and tired' so I'm unable to comment here. Finally, in regard to our practice parking, we are really lucky to be able to provide a dedicated patient car park for our registered patients, and have reserved a spot close to the entrance for disability access. This surgery has been one of the best me and my family have ever had, They always go above and beyond to support my children in every possible way, we get listened to, we get treated with respect and empathy, and it’s not just about one experience, I an have always had the best experience with all their medical professionals, recently my son has had a cough which reoccurs and the doctor that saw him , I am amazed at her patience , she made sure she got to the bottom of this before she let me go from the surgery , I wasn’t just a number with my child , she cared and showed that she was not going to tick one patient off and onto the next one , instead her time and effort was very much appreciated, she sent me home with the right diagnosis and support , she explained to us clearly what we should do to prevent this from happening and we can already see results (asthmatic child ) . Thank you for your support because it makes a difference to families like us.

I rang Thursday morning for for an appointment as I was suffering with back pain.I seen a Doctor on the afternoon and she was very kind and helpful,also the receptionist who took my call.

I have been with this practice for35 years,I have nearly always been looked after very well.I needed help with problems today,the doctor I saw was first class,as was doctor who made appointment for me..Thank you all!!

I submitted an online request just before 12pm asking for blood tests. My doctor called me an hour later and agreed I should have the tests. He then booked me an appointment for 2pm on the same day. The whole experience was perfect. The doctor was very kind and listened to me and he went out of his way to book me an appointment. I literally had my blood test within another hour. The whole experience took 2 hours. Absolutely amazing thank you so much

I have been suffering with my mental wellbeing of late and was even anxious about making an appointment! I do struggle with the process of booking appointments on-line however booking my appointment was easy and I was then contacted a few hours later and managed to get an appointment on that actual day. I arrived at the surgery and sat in the waiting room no longer than 5 minutes and after chatting with the Dr who was extremely understanding and kind left feeling better with the information and medication that had been prescribed to me. Thank you.

The doctor I saw was lovely, sent me home with medication and advice but unfortunately neither of the medication has helped my hip pain or constipation. I will give the medication another week and I will have to book another appointment if I'm still feeling this way.
