I went in recently for something that is both, hard to diagnose as it looks like a lot of other things I already have and also, is something that is statistically less common for men, it's always a worry when you present something you think might get turned down as n/a. But as always I was listened to, treated with respect and dignity, and had everything I wanted to say and present to my Gp heard, I received advice, additional information on what to do now and what to do going forward, next steps and what to book for myself e.g. blood tests. I was also offered extra information to take with me and sent some information to read up on via text which has been extr beneficial. It couldn't have been a more supportive and positive experience. Highly recommend my surgery to anyone

Prompt telephone consultation which was easy to book. I also had a review with the nurse who was lovely and took my blood pressure.

Reception staff are always professional, cheerful and accommodating. My appointment was on time and thorough and l felt happier leaving the surgery than when l went in. The doctor was professional but also human and listened attentively to the answers l gave to his questions.

I recently attended an appointment to have some blood tests. My appointment was carried out on time and efficiently. The staff were both helpful and polite. I’m a comparatively new patient at Yardley Wood Health Centre: I would recommend them unreservedly.

Done an on line form for an appointment Dr phone me back within 2 hours spoke over phone, Treatment i needed was sent to the chemist, Never had a problem this Dr's

Excellent front desk. Very helpful, allowing time to carry out the annual review. All staff very polite and follow up by doctor next day to sort out problems with uncontroled blood pressure.

Had bloods taken by the nurse she was so lovely very friendly yet professional. Made me feel comfortable and at ease, kept me informed what she was doing. Always lovely to see her beautiful lady inside and out. X

The Doctor myself had seen yesterday on an emergency appointment on advise from another GP, was very sharp, short, asking myself what treatment/medication i would like for my symptons. Will not be revisiting this Doctor in the foresable future. Zero patient skills or a warm approach.
