Review titled Truly grateful
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Jennifer wall - Posted on 27 March 2024
London ambulance service attended to my mother on 25.03.24 postcode n1 3ny. The ambulance crew were amazing and through, they saved my mother's life. My mum is elderly has COPD, the crew were respectful and treated my mum with dignity. There are not enough words to tell you how truly thankful the family is. Please pass this on to the two crews who attended. Without them my mum would no longer be with us

I had the ambulance to visit me today. Sorry, I didn’t know I can’t include names. from the south east coast ambulance service. They was so real, honest and cared about my condition. I may not ever see them again, but I will never forget them. Can you search up and give my thanks to them

The ambulance came immediately to respond to my daughter. I was so impressed with both the paramedics people skills, how attentive they were to her pain and how respectful, asking consent to look at medical records etc.

Review titled Great Experience
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Andreas - Posted on 14 January 2024
We called an ambulance through a third party service as my mother had a fall on her own at home. The 3 paramedics that arrived introduced themselves and from that point on were knowledgable and more importantly calm, kind and thoughtful towards my mother. This continued on our journey to A&E where my mother was kept comfortable and informed of what was happening. On arrival they stayed with us for a longtime making sure my mother was again comfortable and made the experience less stressful than it could have been. As far as we are concerned the crew showed outstanding service throughout going above and beyond our expectations.

Review titled 5 minute response… great service
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Jill Pauling - Posted on 22 January 2024
Two days ago we made a 999 call describing an unconscious man who had fallen in the bathroom. He was unresponsive. Within 5 minutes , one ambulance and two cars, with blue lights flashing, plus 5 paramedics, arrived at the house. They calmly assessed the situation and were reassuring and efficient. Within 10 minutes we were in the ambulance and on our way to the Princess Royal Hospital. The crew took important readings such as electrocardiograms that were handed to the staff in Accident and Emergency. Hours later the patient walked out of the hospital, very much alive due to the paramedic team and their professional actions. We were particularly impressed , not only by The professional response of a well trained team but also by their positive and sensitive interactions with the patient and his family. Unfortunately we did not think to take details of the crew at the time. However, if you were one of the 5 paramedics reacting to a 999 call to an address in BR12Aap at about 3:30 am on Sunday January 21st 2024… then a huge, heartfelt , thank you !!!

Review titled Stunning service
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Stan S - Posted on 01 February 2024
First Responder: On 29th January at about 10.30, following fear of heart trouble I called 999 and was told I would be contacted by phone for a further assessment. Within half an hour a 'solo' first responder on a motorcycle turned up and gave me a thorough check over and progressed to calling an ambulance. This first responder was polite, friendly and very professional and excellent ambassador for the LAS. Ambulance Paramedics: Both colleagues, like the first responder were, again, very professional, considerate and sensitive to the situation and were both first class ambassadors for the LAS. The actions of these three officers was crucial assuring my quick examination and treatment. I would be grateful if my thanks and gratitude could be passed to these officers for the work they did in getting me to Queens Hospital in Romford. I am very grateful for the work of the London Ambulance Service
