After contacting 111 for advice regarding sharp left chest pain, I was told to visit Barnet a&e. It was a busy Friday lunchtime but the queue was constantly moving thanks to the hardworking nurses and doctors working flat out. I was in and out within 4 hours - overall a great patient experience.

I attended Barnet Audiology Department today to be fitted with hearing aids , so pleased with the service I received, the Audiologist was very thorough & took great care to explain everything fully. I am so relieved to be able to hear clearly again, thank you so much.

I've made some grammatical adjustments to your text: "I've been there with my child's symptoms for 4 hours and 30 minutes, from 12 am to 4:30 am. The waiting area was very dirty, and the staff were very impolite. We never received any updates on what to expect next; we were just told to sit and wait. It was midnight, and the waiting time for a child is too long, especially with only one doctor in the department. I'm very unhappy, but there are no other A&E options around here to choose . I also didn't see any supervisors around.

Received wonderful care during the birth of our daughter. Midwives were attentive and explained the options and procedures clearly. We were moved to the labour ward and the surgeon explained the options calmly and listened to any concerns and gave concise answers. The anesthetist was an absolute star. Always reassuring and kept talking to us throughout to keep us calm during the unplanned cesersren section. Overall a great experience in a time that can result in sudden changes of plans at a moments notice. Thank you to all

We came looking for my mum at around 5.30pm who was admitted in to CDU a lovely nurse who was walking out of paediatric went out of her way to take us to my mum she was the loveliest Nurse I have ever met she took us all round to find her I wanted to tell you so you are aware what an amazing human being she is we would never have found my mum on our our as A&E was heaving please can you thank her on our behalf and my mum was in bed 29 in CDU she has now been moved to Quince ward and the nurses are all so lovely and looking after her so well so and massive thank you

Arrived at 3.30pm to meet one of my sons who was in a cubicle in A&E Dept - the place was absolutely full, however …. I was met by the most courteous and polite staff. Explanations of what was going on were given in an informative, honest and patient manner. Doctor was amazing and Nurse in charge of a very busy department was patient and kind. Could see they were all up against it - but couldnt fault them. Thank you 😀

I don't know why this emergency department is even open!! Excuse me but wait with 1 year old 12 hours to see the doctor... Wooow NHS well done to you! Nurses chatting for stupid thing with each other! Not even come to check my Son... I needed to go 3 times to ask them to check temperature of my son!! Only I can say thank you to the doctor with his professional work, he was lovely and very kind!

I was refered to Rheumatology for a diagnosis of Raynauds and on my first appointment also had bursitis treated. In my follow up phone appointment I discussed ongoing fatigue as well as a flare up of Trigeminal Neuralgia, which was not being controlled or investigated by my GP. My consultant arranged for a reassuring MRI which reduced the stress that was preventing pain management to some degree. I have finally been discharged with a diagnosis of Chronic Fatigue. I cannot praise the team enough for their care and attention.

Went toA&E on 13/4/24 about 7:30pm it was so full it was crazy but in all that the lone receptionist was so good to everyone a Lady with long black hair. She went above and beyond her duty to help people out

I was rushed into the Hospital after suffering heart attack on return journey home from Wembley. All staff were excellent and couldn't fobenough to make me comfortable. I stayed for a week on various wards after having an angiogram all staff were excellent couldn't do enough considering I was 2 hours from home. Thank you to all. who were conscientious in there duties and went the extra mile. To ensure I pulled through. Thank you to all. Your care is very much appreciated.
