    Admitted to Leyland ward for knee replacement. From the day of admission to day of discharge all staff were kind caring and compassionate. Nothing seemed too Much trouble even at their most busiest of times.

    I came in with a gashed eye and was treated with extreme care. Explanations of what was happening were given all the time

    Thankyou to the staff of Rawcliffe and Winstanley for your care on the 20th February. Definitely put me at ease before procedure and the toast and coffee after was most welcome. Thankyou also to the theatre staff who were also friendly and supportive during procedure. You all made my stay that day comfortable.

    I would like to thank everyone on Rawcliffe Ward and also the theatre staff for their care and attention. They regularly asked if I was OK and supplied me with refreshments after my procedure. A nurse rubbed my back when I was in the theatre as she knew that I was in pain. The doctors who performed the procedure were very pleasant and competent. One of the students walked with me to the exit as I had no idea how to get there!

    Attended a and e as a walk-in patient after being advised by my GP. The service was fantastic compared with other accident and emergency departments especially at this time of the year. In the 4 and a half hours I was there, I had blood tests, an ECG and chest x rays with all the results explained to me by the doctor and a full diagnosis and at the end was given medication. All the staff were brilliant and very helpful. I fully expected to wait more than 8 hrs for treatment but this a and e was so efficiently run, I was there half the time. Thank you.

    I attended the Walk in clinic last week. Every member of staff was polite and professional and I was very pleased with the care I received. I had to sit in an isolation room but staff came to check that I was alright and I was not forgotten! The nurse and the doctor I saw were very helpful and I got the appropriate treatment and the staff at the reception desk were lovely. I cannot find fault. Thank you to all of the staff.

    I went to Chorley Hospital for a procedure I was looked after with such care everyone that dealt with me went to great lengths to make me comfortable and nothing was to much trouble for them. I could not have been looked after any better.

    Took elderly neighbour in and although they were obviously very busy, treatment was Fab and every member of staff was really kind. Can't fault the care

    I went with my husband who, it transpired , had broken his ankle. I want to thank and commend all the staff in urgent care who were so kind and helpful, from checking in, through triage, the physio in particular, who looked after us so well, the lady who put my husbands cast on, the radiographer and the receptionist in x ray. Everyone was so friendly. We could not have had a better experience.

    Within 2 mins my blood pressure taken. Within 30 mins saw specialist. Within 45 mins x-rayed. Within 60 mins results. Staff were excellent, from reception to triage, to consultant, to radiologist & back again, all cheerful and encouraging. Result, minor fracture of spine, keep taking the tablets. Many thanks for your excellent teamwork and service at this busy time.
