Review titled Appalling
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Stephanie Surman - Posted on 16 November 2023
I got referred to oral surgery in February 2023 by May 2023 I still hadn't heard anything, so I contacted them and they said they hadn't received a referral. Upon speaking to my dentist they printed a copy of the referral that was sent and sent another referral, by July 2023 the same thing was said, so the same was done again, we are now in November 2023 and still no appointment and they don't even answer the phone. Absolutely appalling

Review titled Caring and Professional staffs
Rated 4 stars out of 5

I delivered a baby in Midwifery led unit at Hillingdon hospital in November 2023. My birthing midwives were very caring, compassionate and professional. After getting discharged to home, the community level service from midwives and health visitor is remarkable. They are always around to support you and your baby. Maternity triage service needs improvement in advising patients and also regarding timely admission of patients into labour ward. With couple of improvements the hospital can attain better CQC ratings.

Review titled Warm caring staff
Rated 5 stars out of 5

My wife and I spent 12 hours in A&E and waited our turn in the queue to be checked over, and found the staff to be extremely nice given the pressure they work under. Offered tea and sandwiches they were just lovely. They deserve alot of credit for their work ethic. Really nice experience from the ambulance, nurse and doctors.

Review titled Ultrasound
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Esther - Posted on 16 August 2023
I went today 16Aug for an ultrasound scan , 20 weeks pregnant. And as am planning to have a gender reveal later on , I didn’t know to be told . So when the person in charge of my scan asked me , I did explain and let them know that their colleague who did my previous scan told me that it could be written on a paper for me if I don’t want to know the gender on the day . That agent litteraly denied my request and rudely said if I don’t want the hear the gender , he cannot write it for me.. I believe a patient wish can be accommodated. Now I have to go in a private ultrasound scan so I can have it.

Review titled Seen and home in under 1 hour!
Rated 4 stars out of 5

Took my 11 year old son up to the Urgent Treatment Centre with a suspected broke wrist! Turns out it was broken. The care was brilliant and super fast. He was in, triaged, x-rayed, splinted and home in under 1 hour. The nurse who treated him was so lovely and really made him feel at ease!

Review titled A and E - What a chaotic shambles

A horrible experience from the rude reception staff, to having to give up and leave without treatment. The only bright side was a nice triage nurse.

Review titled Felt calm and at ease
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Auguste - Posted on 03 July 2023
I had a procedure done at Miss Syed’s Hysteroscopy clinic and I have nothing else but good things to say about the staff and how smoothly everything went. I was nervous and anxious about the procedure because that was the first time I was given a local anaesthesia, but the doctor and both of her nurses made me feel so at ease that my nervousness went away as soon as I walked in. Thanks so much!
