Review titled Thank you ultra sound team.
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Christina Cole - Posted on 20 August 2023
The two ladies I saw today in the ultrasound department were so lovely, friendly and they helped me feel at ease. During my examination the lady was very informative about my procedure. Thank you to you both for making this experience more positive.

Review titled Very Supportive
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Ami - Posted on 03 September 2023
I was in hospital for a few days due to low fetal movements. From the very first moment I walked in, until I left, the care I received from all midwives was outstanding. They were polite, professional and reassuring throughout my whole stay. Everyone was happy to answer questions and if they were not sure on the answer, they would seek the support of another colleague to find it. I cannot thank every member of the team enough. Thank you!

My 95 year old mother was taken by excellent ambulance staff to A&E where she was assessed and diagnosis made quickly. She was subsequently admitted. We found all health care/nursing staff, therapists, domestics to be kind and provided an excellent standard of care throughout her stay

Review titled Superb end of life care
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Paul Briggs - Posted on 21 July 2023
My mother in law was admitted to A&E and was found to have suffered a heart attack. All staff attending to her were extremely professional and respectful. The senior doctor confirmed our view that palliative care was the right course of action in a very tactful and considered manner. On removal to a side room on the geriatric ward 15 she and we received absolutely wonderful service from the night staff. I cannot praise the staff and the process highly enough.

Review titled Speedy X-ray !
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Milly - Posted on 28 July 2023
The wait time to receive an appointment through after speaking with my GP was very acceptable, only about 3-4 weeks. My appointment was at 18:30 and I arrived at about 17:45. I have never been seen so fast! The lady on reception was kind and approachable, and the radiologist called me in as soon as I had a gown on. Very friendly and comforting chap , explained his actions as he went along. Spent less than 30 minutes there, thanks for the care !

Review titled Very honest an kind Doctors
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 27 September 2023
On 7th June 2023 in late evening I attended a&e due to suffering with breathing difficulties as I suffer with asthma. I was sent to urgent g.p by staff where I met the most honest and kindest doctor I think I have ever met. I was particularly surprised at how understanding she was about my difficulties with my mental and physical health issues. She was also very knowledgeable and realistic about the issues the nhs face. I couldn't believe how real an honest She was being. It was very refreshing to learn that there are still genuine good hearted doctors still out there. I was prescribed my asthma medication an was able to obtain them that same night from my local pharmacy.

by Glen thornton - Posted on 01 July 2023
Suffered a snapped quadrilateral left knee and broken right ankle. From A and E to the surgical team to the nursing care received in cobham clinic and in ward 20 staff were extremely kind considerate and available. I really appreciate your help and am so grateful for the kindness and attention you gave me during a very painful few days. Clinically i noticed how well organised everything was and was impressed by the constant cleaning on the ward. Special thanks to my surgeons. Im in awe of your work. Thank you everone.

Review titled Horrible practice
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 04 May 2023
I am 9 months pregnant and had to wait for 3 hours in hot waiting room with horrible smell. When I asked how much time left I have to wait to be seen received a rude response from receptionists. Instead of getting necessary help, I got just nervous, dizzy, anxious!
