    From admission to self-discharge, the care from the doctors was appalling. Just because it wasn’t a straightforward textbook case, they were not interested in a diagnosis. A private hospital provided a diagnosis and operation all within 12 hours of me presenting and had to refer me back to an NHS hospital due to complex, high dependency needs, but wouldn’t let them transfer me back to Luton. Nurses went over and beyond to help me and couldn’t fault them in any way. Excellent nursing staff, especially the training nurses.

    Went to a&e today as I hadn't slept for 3 whole days an night's. The staff were good fairly quick and the place was tidy. It was very to easy to receive the care I needed today. The G.p was a good listener too. Thank you

    I brought my son in with acute pain and was seen very quickly and referred for surgery almost immediately. Spot on care from all involved, A&E, nurses, surgeon. Thank you.

    I had an operation under gynaecology on Monday 27th. The care from the consultant, registrar, anaesthetist and nurses was nothing short of incredible. As a nurse myself I am aware of the pressures and challenges and could not praise the staff enough. Thank you so much for everything you have done for me over the last 6 weeks. You are all amazing and make me so proud to be part of the nhs!

    First time attending l&d (as not my local hospital) Parking in the new car park was simple and prices are reasonable (half the price of Lister !!) Could not initially find the imaging dept (buildings are spread over the site) but a kind young construction worker ask if he could help and lead me in the right direction. The ladies in the MRI team where helpful, kind and professional and on time. Only negative was trying to find a toilet.

    Decided to bus it as I know they have problems with parking. I arrived for an appointment an hour early (am not used to buses) however, I was seen straight away. The whole process of getting in the hospital to seeing reception at Imaging Dept was so smooth even though loads of people there, had to get undressed I was totally informed by Reception guy so by the time I was ready I was done - excellent! In and out within 15 minutes!!! Yet 5 min spent looking for way out. All staff considering so much stress they are under all you get is smiles throughout - fantastic. Amazing Hospital! Thank you!

    When I informed one of thr maternity suite office staff that I am waiting since 4-5 hrs now I am getting migraine and feeling more uncomfortable as I was waiting for doctor since long so I would like to leave. That moment only that staff member provide a sandwitch and tea for me. Though I wait for long which makes me frustrated but the gesture of offering food and tea by staff touch my heart. Thank you for the care.

    I am 29 weeks pregnant. Was not feeling movement in womb. Made multiple calls to delivery suit but no answer . Then came to maternity suite directly its already been more than 6 hrs still waiting. It seems there is a deficiency of doctors.

    I should like to express my appreciation and gratitude to all the staff of the Same Day Emergency Centre. I was admitted via A&E with a serious leg infection (Cellulitis). I attended on, I think, 16 occasions and was treated quickly, professionally and with excellent care on each occasion. I was very impressed with all those who work in the unit.
