Excellent ward. Staff were brillant, every step was explained to my son who had an awful previous experience in hospital. He was extremely anxious about this surgery but was comforted with staffs positivity and good explanation of the procedure. A fantastic school/rec area for the children. Playing pool helped him relax. Well done team and Thank you.

All our staff colleagues, including our cross specialities surgical teams, really appreciate how stressful hospital admissions can be for patients and their families, especially with added stresses of needing surgery – so I am so glad we were all able to support your son through an understandably very anxious time providing clear information and attentive care. I am also very happy to hear our play facilities and spaces helped your son feel more relaxed, easing his anxiety during his stay with us. We are very grateful for the kind donations and funding given to us to help us create these spaces within our Children’s unit. We have already shared your wonderful feedback with our ENT specialty leads who will share your feedback across their department including the doctors and nurses who looked after your son directly and I will also share with all the staff on Oak ward who looked after your son and the wider Children’s unit. Our staff colleagues work incredibly hard to provide the very best of care to our patients and families so everyone will be hugely appreciative of your thanks and feedback. My daughter was not well - for a couple of days she was suffering with a respiratory virus She has well treated by all staff and doctors. She has undergone many tests, fortunately they are normal and she just has same medication Thank you NHS and Team

I was referred to Gynae/Oncology team in February with large abdominal swelling. This led to surgery followed by Ovarian Cancer diagnosis. Luckily it was early stage and following a course of chemotherapy the recent scan I had was all clear. From beginning to end the experience at this hospital has been excellent. Every member of staff I encountered from scans, through surgery and treatment at Beacon Centre has been so professional, understanding, empathetic and generally lovely helping me through a difficult time. At every stage I received appointments very quickly. I am extremely grateful for the wonderful care I have received.

Wow. After recently been through the A&E I was astonished at the level or service, professionalism and empathy showed by all the staff. Absolutely world class, thank you all so much. They really deserve to honoured - very impressed - and grateful.

From consultant, registrar, anaesthetist and nurses to cleaners and porters my experience of Musgrove could not have been better. The anterior discectomy and fusion of my spinal cord went really well and in my day in Critical Care before returning home I met some lovely, very caring people who could not have been more helpful - nothing was too much trouble. I met such lovely people, all of whom deserve to be better rewarded. I was appalled to learn that they have to pay over £50 a month to park their cars in order to go to work to care for their patients. We are so fortunate to have such a super hospital in Somerset!

I attended the Grace Centre at Musgrove hospital twice; once for colposcopy and a biopsy, and again for LLETZ, following my biopsy results. I was so anxious both times, but the staff were amazing. They really looked after me, nothing was rushed and I had plenty of time to ask questions. During the procedures they kept me talking, and ensured my comfort throughout. I feel lucky to have them as my specialists, I felt safe at all times and have no concerns about going back there if I should need further treatment.

We came in with our son having a temperature of 41. Once we got on to acorn ward then we really felt comfortable and all staff were amazing. They made a stressful and upsetting time easier with all the care and information the staff were giving my family. Thank you all, so much
