The staff were first class in everyway, nothing too much trouble. I had total hip replacement and woke up from operation pain free there will i know be healing pains later but not a problem

From the moment I stepped through the door to the discharge the staff were very friendly, caring and explained each process along the two and half days I stayed at the hospital. The consultant was very attentive, professional and made you feel very safe in his care. The advice given by the consultant before discharge was very informative with easy to follow instructions on the care of the new hip. The scar was excellently stitched and four months on the scar is barely visible. An excellent experience and highly recommend this hospital and staff.

I recently had a procedure to straighten my right little finger which was bent over towards my palm. The surgery performed was very intricate, and with careful manipulation over the next few weeks it will be a complete success. My grateful thanks to the Consultant Surgeon and his team.

From my Ist appointment to being discharged after a hip replacement operation I cannot praise the consultant & his amazing team enough. I was given the very best care and nothing was too much trouble for anyone, everyone made me feel so very special.I cannot thank them all enough.

I have spent a fair bit of time around hospitals and health care settings both NHS and private, not for myself but with family members. There is no question in my mind Orthopedics and spine specialist hospital is without question by far away the best care I have ever seen. My surgeon was amazing, as are all of the staff from nursing, physio to cleaners to the cook. By far and away the outstanding feature of this setting was the incredible level of care I was given. I was absolutely bowled over by the place and how brilliant everyone I came into contact with was. Anyway, I had a full hip replacement on 13 Feb 2023. Hear I am at the end of march walking with out crutches and making really good progress to getting my mobility back. Thanks to all the lovely outstanding people at this brilliant little hospital!

I had a decompression of the lumber spine earlier this year after being referred to this hospital by the NHS. My experience was very positive, the surgeon was excellent, good aftercare and I would highly recommend both the surgeon and the hospital.

The whole experience from initial referral to pre-assessment to surgery and discharge was exemplary and a credit to all the health care professionals and administrative staff involved. The care was very patient centric, clearly explained and thoughtfully executed, it really is difficult to think of any areas that could have been better. The surgeon himself, the anaesthetist, nursing staff and the physiotherapist each took time to explain things at every step of the way, inviting questions throughout.

Very lovely hospital, it felt like a beautiful country cottage retreat.The nurses are very kind and compassionate, very good bedside manner, always on hand straight away, when needed. The care is extremely to a high standard , I felt very safe , it is warm and friendly, and very homely, nothing was too much trouble for my treatment . My surgery was a success . The surgeon and his team are very professional and have very good high standards, keeping me up to date with my treatment of spinal surgery. When I awoke from surgery, I was in my lovely comfortable room in my bed. All the sciatic pain I had previously had gone out of my leg, I could feel my left foot for the first time in 16 years, also my leaky bladder as been mended. I cried with tears of joy, and told the surgeon that god as gifted him with magical hands.( it’s like a miracle) He is definitely my hero. I just want to thank all involved for looking after me, especially as I was an emotional wreck, they were so understanding and put me at ease. I would well recommend this hospital and the surgeon involved in my operation, Amazing things do happen.

I was booked in for a total knee replacement January this year. All the information from the consultant about my operation was clearly explained in detail from the start of my procedure to recovery. I cannot thank all the staff enough for their care and attention. They were just so helpful and couldn't have done enough for me. I'm so glad I choose this hospital to have my knee replaced. I would certainly recommend anyone who needs this procedure to contact this hospital.
