We were told my son would be seen quickly we waited patiently for over 2 hrs after it said wait time was 1hr 15m, waited 4hrs. Each time we asked at the desk we were told we were next then lots of other people went before us. Maybe just be honest.

Got here 30mins before appointment time and was sent straight to get my x-ray. X-ray complete and back at clinic bang on time for my appointment. Still sitting waiting to see doctor 90 mins past my appointment time. When I queried the delay I was dismissed and made to feel impatient and told I would be slotted in when they could, right at the very end as it happens. Why give me an appointment time? This has now cost me 3 hours off work that I will have to make up tonight. Not impressed at all.

I suffered a serious injury after a sports accident. A&E attended to me efficiently and with care. I had an appointment with an Orthopaedic surgeon a week later, who urgently referred me for an MRI, which also happened promptly a week later. My follow up was again, very prompt. I was kept informed throughout of any future potential complications and the reasons for treatment pathways. I cannot praise the staff enough. I was reassured and cared for by all who I saw. Excellent patient service. Thank you.

I visited A & E with my sister. From booking in, to waiting in the waiting area, to various tests and consultation with the doctor, and then booking further out patient appointments, the service was excellent. Thank you to all the staff for their care, professionalism and friendliness.

I’m currently waiting with my father been at a+e for 5 hours my dad is 80 and he has not even seen a dr yet no offer of painkillers. Awful treatment and you want more money!!! Shocking service and poor way to treat my dad

I have attempted to contact appointments for an occupational therapy referral date via the switch board and two supplied telephone numbers, during the course of a week. The phone numbers just ring out or are eventually cut off. This is no way to treat your patients that you have a duty of care to. I appreciate the difficulties that the nhs are currently experiencing but this level of care is unacceptable.

Two hour delay for an appointment scheduled for 9:40 when the clinic opens at 8:30. Unsure how it can be so bad. That is on top of having to drive around looking for a parking space for 40 minutes before having to give up and park in a pub off site. The whole place is not fit for purpose.

- wasn't as bad as I was expecting - everything ran on time. - autism friendly - very clean - liked the size of the space - everything was explained very clearly. - learnt a lot about the process and why they were doing it. - very friendly. - respectful - had a sense of humour. - made an effort to not eat infront of me. - The room could've had pictures/decorations to distract me. - All staff polite and helpful, made me feel at ease

My experience for the whole day at stepping hill hospital was a totally positive one. The care and service was exceptional. Very friendly professional advice was given to me. I felt extremely relaxed and put at ease as soon as I arrived for my appointment. I learned a lot of new things about my condition which was very useful and positive for me. Thank you very much :)
