    My daughter was admitted to the Tree House ward and recieved the most outstanding care. All the staff were truly amazing and went above and beyond. These people deserve to be paid massive salaries to reflect their dedication and care. We cannot thank the staff on this ward enough.

    We got referred to stepping hill back in may for my child who has been left in pain her appointment was in November this year but our GP wasn’t happy with this and got it brought forward the earliest was October. So far my child’s appointment has been cancelled twice!. We was supposed to have an appointment today and it’s been cancelled again and I have to explain to a child at 7 years old who is in pain she has to wait longer. I understand if the doctor is ill or things happen but surely there should be some one else she could have seen. We have taken time out of work and school again for this appointment for it to be cancelled again.

    My Doctor referred me for a bone X-ray from where I was immediately transferred to Accident & Emergency. There I was quickly seen by an Orthopaedic specialist who went to a lot of trouble to show me my X-ray and explain it. I was then further referred for an MRI scan, the appointment for which arrived only a few days later; the result of this was to be discussed by phone. I do know who phoned me - protocol forbids me from divulging the name - shame - but this person went above and beyond to explain the result of the scan. We also discussed the general state of my bones and I cannot express how much I appreciate the time, care and empathy shown throughout the process.

    Today I was a patient at the Cardiac Catheterisation suite. I would just like to say a big thank you to all the staff and to say how much I appreciate the work that they do in improving and saving peoples lives. You are all super stars should be paid whatever they need. I don't know how, but in my ideal world, take the money away from sports players and pay it to the people that keep us healthy and alive.     I took my sister to a and e- she has neurological symptoms and I was very worried about her. The service was fabulous- from the receptionist who listened to my worries to the nurse and dr who assessed her. She had bloods a scan and was discharged- we r very lucky to have this service. Thank you

    8 hr wait to be treated, waiting room was standing room only, 2 hrs to see a triage and staff so overwhelmed the care they gave in such difficult circumstances was exceptional just understaffed

    Admitted to aand e fortunately no long waiting times,dealt with quickly, efficiently and with repect by all the staff, transferred to d8 surgical ward, bed readily available and the staff up there amazing nothing too much trouble for them. Professional and totally on top of there jobs. A big thanks to all involved in my care.

    Today I went for my annual check up at chest clinic and I’ve been going here for three years and right from day one of my condition, the staff and my consultant are amazing and so caring and understanding.
