Review titled EPU was wonderful
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 29 April 2023
Thank you for the care and kindness I received in EPU. We had a scan due to previous losses and all the staff were incredible. The admin staff on the desk were welcoming and helpful. The doctor who did the scan was so thorough and really reassuring. I was very anxious and her whole approach was so kind and genuine. What a good service and a brilliant team.

They told me the waiting list is 8 hours .So what kind of emergency is this with such a big waiting list. And it’s first time like this .

Review titled Worst Practice, close it.
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 20 March 2023
If anything there as zero I would have rated that. I am writing this as a support with a patient, we have been waiting for more than 3 hours with severe chest pain and heart problem in A&E queue but not yet called. I think they all treat a patient in emergency quickly when they see that patient is dieing. Such a worst service. NHS should look into this. This is a perfect example of medical service collapsing.

Review titled I was taken by ambulance to West Middx Hospital
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Barbara Hulm - Posted on 31 March 2023
I was dealt with sympathetically in A&E by all doctors and nurses and was transferred to Osterley 2 ward that evening. The care in Osterley 2 was outstanding despite the fact that I had to wait 48 hours for the operation. All the staff from Health Care Assistants , Physiotherapists, Nurses to Consultants were incredibly professional as well as being kind and supportive. The food was excellent with a varied menu to choose from daily. The physiotherapists suggested that I transfer to the Pamela Bryant Rehabilitation Unit at Teddington Memorial Hospital , an inspired choice and to which I was transferred by ambulance after 2weeks in West Middlesex Hospital

Review titled Lipoma Removal
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Rosita Tate - Posted on 09 April 2023
I had a lipoma removed (on lower back) on the 28March. It was done under general anaesthetic. Everything went very well. When I went for my dressing to the GP I got my sister to take a picture as I could not see. It looked awful. Stitches all over the place and skin not pulled together properly and it’s more like an open wound. I wish I could attach the picture of the scar. Such a minor surgery yet couldn’t do a good job. I think surgeon needs more training on stitching. Really disappointed whoever it was.

Review titled No communication
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 09 January 2023
I have an elderly relative who was admitted a week before Christmas. 3 weeks later I still have no idea what is going on! She has been on 2 different wards, she isn't eating or sleeping and everytime I go and visit she has deteriorated. All I want is to be able to speak to someone who can tell me what they are doing for my aunt, I call and get told to ring other numbers ,I ask when I visit and can't get straight answers. They say they've told my aunt what they are doing but she doesn't remember, it's got to the stage where she doesn't know what day or time it is or even when she saw me last. I feel like she's just being left to die!
