Have had Day Surgery in the Martin Corke Day Surgery Unit. Had excellent experiences, and could not have been treated more kindly or efficiently by all staff members. It is a superb facility and I can’t thank all the staff enough

My dad had a stroke a few weeks ago. He needed to take go to A & E yesterday as he was extremely unwell. From the paramedics who came in the ambulance to every single member of staff at the A & E all I can say is they were "Simply The Best.' Thank you so very much for looking after our beautiful dad!

had an audiology test 4wks ago as i have now gone completetly deaf in left ear and tinitus is worse (previous hearing aid no help) was told that ENT would be in touch but have not heard anything when i try to ring (5times) the message just says nobody available to take call try later and then it hangs up on me Could someone please help

I was treated promptly with reassuring efficiency and with warmth and friendliness. I was kept informed about my diagnosis test results and proposed treatment and at the end of my stay the senior doctor explained what my likely course of treatment would be and he gave me several opportunities to to ask questions

Short wait to be seen, the board said 2.5hrs and we were seen by a Dr under this time. Dr and nurse who saw use both attentive and caring.

: Each time I visit this hospital with my very complex needs, non verbal, epileptic 15 year old, I am in absolute awe of the care he receives. Never had to wait, every member of staff listens to me as his voice and concerned mother and have provided the best possible care and follow up appointments. I am really happy with my sons care, it’s so nice to feel listened to and and included in the decisions made. It’s fantastic and refreshing to see the professionalism they have with my neurodiverse teen. Thank you

Over the past two months I’ve attended West Suffolk Hospital on various occasions as an out-patient and patient for consultations, scan, colonoscopy and surgery. At each appointment the levels of professional care, nursing and treatment has been truly remarkable, I could not have asked for more. This recent experience with our wonderful NHS personnel has been truly humbling, I am so very grateful.

I visited A& eon December 28th at 5pm with what I know now was a fractured foot I was seen and treated by triage within hour sent for X-ray within an hour and up in ward f3 ten pm . Had operation next day and discharged with all medication needed on 30th December the care I received was lovely and kind from start to finish the nurses and caters were lovely as was my doctor .. Thankyou
