    My mum had a bad fall resulting in a broken nose and facial injuries. Accident and Emergency is a horrible waiting experience. But, I want to thank your team, particularly the triage nurse and minor injuries nurse on duty last Thursday night who were amazing in their professionalism, communication, sense of humour, and in providing reassurance and care. Please commend them.

    Attended an outpatients clinic with my spritely 96 year old mother yesterday. The skin cancer care team were fantastic. The care and understanding shown by the lead consultant and the nurse during the explanation of the diagnostic screening results and possible future treatment was exemplary. Thank you.

    Took the best part of two weeks for any resolution, even then things were missed. On the last day I waited for the morning ward round, I asked a few times but didn't want to be a nuisance, I was waiting to be discharged, this didn't happen and after 5:00pm was told the doctor had gone home. After a lot of chasing up I was able to get a doctor to read up on the notes and with some hectic activity one of the nurses were able to get my discharge medication, by this time there was only 15mins left to spare. On reading the discharge notes they stated that all that was needed were a read through of notes. This could've been done before 10:00am. Why didn't the doctor do this then, we'll probably never know. Whatever the excuse it appears to be down to a lethargic attitude towards the patient.

    After a 3 hour drive arrived early, from outset everything good, my friend had to park in disabled bay to take me up to Ward 3a she spoke to reception who said that was fine took her reg no said they would let security know and was very helpful and friendly. Up on the ward for me from the minute I arrived everything was efficiently organised and everyone from the lady who was cleaning the room right up to the Professor who performed my op treated me with courtesy and kindness, nothing was too much trouble and I not only felt cared for but loved. What a team I can't thank you all enough. I do hope that everyone in every department that looked after me will get to see this. I finally arrived home at 10.45pm a long day but worth the journey I felt I was in the very best place.

    As a last resort, Had to take my self to A and E. After having no luck with the doctors. The whole process was very professional caring, also speedy. Came away very reassured. Five star service from Triage to Exit. Well Done

    Outstanding service with professional friendly helpful staff on hand everytime to guide me through my treatments step by step & making sure I understood what is happening or going to happen. They are all a true credit to there Professions in the NHS & yet again makes me feel very positive of what an amazing service and health care establishment we have in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 & just how blessed we are to have so many wonderful highly educated caring professionals to look after our health from the moment we are born until the day we depart we are so lucky to have this service and can't thank you all enough for how I've been well treated everytime & so it may continue for many more generations to come Huge Well Done To You All & The Very Best Of Health, Wealth & Happiness For Many Years To Come... Thank You xx

    From start to finish the experience my elderly mum and myself received were totally professional, timely and effective. Everything possible was done to relieve her pain and distress. We raised a number of things and these were dealt with in thoughtful way. As non professionals we were treated excellently - with regards to the medical care and our social care. Every member of staff took the trouble to ask mum and me how they could assist, in many cases offering unsolicited help and support.

    from the moment I arrived till the moment I left, the orthopaedic staff and the whole team from 3e were outstanding. they were professional, caring and extremely hard working despite being short staffed. they informed me of everything that was happening or going to happen, their communication was excellent. During the two hottest days every recorded in this country, their care never faltered and my family and I are extremely grateful to them.

    Thank you so much Ward 3 Trauma and Orthopaedics for looking after me and patching me up after my fall which left me with a exposed bone finger dislocation. The treatment I received from the Doctor and Physiotherapist were fantastic. I cannot thank them enough, but also the whole team who provided such a calm, professional, personal and friendly service in my care whilst I was there. They are a credit to their profession and the hospital. Hopefully you will pass this on to them and recognise their contributions Thank you all.

    My dad was admitted to ward 5b for end of life care. The staff were amazing, without exception every member of staff treated my dad with such compassion and dignity. The caring also extended to family members who were with my dad around the clock. The ward staff were lovely and the palliative care staff made sure my dad was comfortable at all times. Even sending his hearing aid off for repair! Above and beyond at every step. Our heartfelt thanks to each and everyone. We will be forever grateful. ❤️
