We’ve had 2 A&E experiences at Yeovil in the last 6 months. Both times the staff we encountered (receptionist, triage nurse, nurse practitioner) were friendly, genuinely caring, and very efficient in their roles. Don’t have a fault to make. Thank you all so much.

I was admitted for emergency surgery for a perforated appendicitis. After surgery my codition deteriorated and I was admitted to icu. The team of doctors and nurses in icu were amazing and the attention and care I received was simply outstanding. Even when on a ward, in my case 6a and 7a the staff were brilliant, so caring, attentive and professional. Without doubt my experience from start to finish was of the highest standard.

I had stomach pains and blacked out when heart stopped. I must have been attended by over 20 staff from nurses, doctors, porters, kitchens staff etc I went from level 8 to 7 and finished on 6 over the course of 6 days as my condition improved. Every single person was brilliant, positive, knowledgable, helpful and caring The food was great and I couldnt have been treated any better. I really appreciated how I was kept informed of my condition, how all my questions were answeed and the exceptional professional level of care I received. I cant thank the staff enough they are all deserving of the highest respect and have me sincere gratitude. They should all be extremely proud of themselves.

I attended ophthalmology today and was tested promptly by helpful and very competent staff and doctor.

A&e, Eau and ward 9a cannot be praised enough. Everyone cheerful, caring and helpful. Even found specialist equipment I required very efficiently. Food excellent when I felt able to eat. Nothing was too much bother.

I was in great pain when I arrived in A & E. From the very start with the Receptionist, through triage, X ray, CT scan and consultation, I was treated with great kindness, care and consideration. I was given pain relief without having to ask and every stage was clearly explained to me. I felt safe, respected and cared for. I cannot thank the team enough for the way I was treated with understanding, respect and dignity. What an excellent facility. Thank you.

Glaucoma clinic today. The Doctor was extremely friendly, efficent and caring. The tests she carried out were quite extensive, she explained the results in detail and what she recommended as treatment and re-examination was put down for 3/4 months' hence. The whole experience was very reassuring.

found everyone so lovely, I was well looked after and made to feel at ease about everything. Although i wasn't allowed anyone with me i didn't feel alone. These guys/girls are amazing wonderful people and i couldn't be more thankful.

I visited A&E with my son on Monday 11th July in the morning and have to say we greeted by a lovely receptionist. My son was in a great deal of soon and she did her upmost best to get him seen promptly.
