I had 8 visits of 20 mins each. The physio was very good when massaging and also at explaining what was going to happen. Also noting everything that we discussed into her laptop file as we were talking. Very helpful, understanding and pleasant.

The lady was lovely who did the physio ,but I’m not sure the exercises were beneficial to me as I’m still in pain. I am continuing to do the excersises as advised .

Very informative, knowledgeable and thorough. Put at ease from the word go. Exercises given with no pressure to do what you find difficult. The only drawback was the flights of stairs at location. Might not be suitable for some patients with mobility issues.

It was very helpful and aided my recovery from my ailment. The practitioner was friendly and very supportive. He gave me helpful information about managing my pain and symptoms

knowledgeable physios, very friendly and understanding, took time to explain and demonstrate the exercises, and to ensure i knew how to do them correctly. local practice for appointments, very stress free experience

Impressively professional physiotherapist who displayed excellent knowledge and combined a thorough approach with a most pleasant and polite manner. Very clean and attractive premises which just lacked an easy access cycle locking area.

Very efficient personal appointments supported by Ascenti app. The app can be a little temperamental but this may be due to signal variation in my location.

was given a complete understanding of my problem and the exercises to do in order to resolve it,treatment could not have been bettered.

Pleasant physio, went through exercises for my pain problem (hip) not hands-on until last appointment (which was the signing off) but with a different physio. Big gap between appointments and sessions pretty short & not very private (could hear patient next door talking about their medical problems).

Friendly and attentive staff,clear instructions sent by hard copy very quickly. Exercises easy to follow and certainly worked for me.
