I went but was told I not need physio, I need people that can check me for brain trauma. I agreed and was told he would write back to the person that requested physio.

My father suffered from a bad back and I remember that he became less and less mobile. When my back pain developed I assumed it was hereditary and something that I would just have to become accustomed to as part of the ageing process. Being asked to follow an exercise program seemed a counterintuitive solution as I naturally protected my back which lead to less and less exercise. This lead to weight gain and a reduction in fitness levels. Little by little the exercise program improved my mobility and reduced the pain associated with it. I am now able to undertake jobs previously shunned and exercise to keep fit and remain flexible.

Have been referred here for 2 different issues. Practice never able to book me into suitable appointments after work as they operate 8.30 - 5. Advertise they offer Saturday practice but in reality they do not. When cancelling appointments I was told my referral was being cancelled as I was 8 minutes late from acceptable cancellation period. I work full time and on the phone constantly at work which makes it difficult to phone again to re-arrange an appointment with ample notice with my hours of work.

Unable to communicate via e- Mail forthcoming appointments or tell you your appointment date on your visit to the surgery. When the email is accurate on their records, so you can end up getting a phone call notification on the last minutes unable to deal with or attend which results in a no show appointment (not your fault) and then refer you back to your GP un-nessaccarily

My first was online which isn’t always the best, very difficult to understand and explain etc. My next two appointments were face to face but unfortunately I felt that the person wasn’t interested, she didn’t get out of her chair for the first appointment with her. My last appointment was the best one, unfortunately that was my last one. I got more from that one than I did from the others. This was a different person from the previous appointments. 12 weeks between appointments isn’t great, one appointment a month would have been better.

My problem was understood immediately, was corrected, and I was fought how to strengthen the joint to prevent reoccurrence. They were proactive in arranging appointments.

I was seen back in May 2023 ,given some exercises on the app Next appointment was August 2023 , the appointment lasted 7 minutes 4 of those minutes the physiotherapist was on his laptop . I was seen 1 week later , that appointment lasted 13 minutes , the physiotherapist rotated my right hip which i told him it hurts to do so I was offered the physiotherapy after having a total right hip replacement , I told the physiotherapist twice I had the hip replaced ,his suggestion for my hip pain and lack of movement was to have a hip replacement ...
