The course of action provided by Ascenti for constant upper arm pain has been first class. The results are good and the friendly advice, guidance and support was excellent. I have experienced significant improvement in my condition. Thank You.

The support I received was great. Good to have regular 1:1 sessions and exercises adapted towards me after each session that I could follow online. The challenge that I had was with communication between Ascenti and the NHS, and the time for the NHS to take action. Ascenti wrote to my Doctor, as the physio discovered a lump on my leg, which meant that she could not continue with physical manipulation. The Doctor did not open the letter so only acted when I chased them a couple of weeks' later - and then saw me urgently. An ultrasound was ordered on my leg which I did not get for 7 months, after chasing the surgery and hospital twice, which may have impeded my recovery. Ascenti did all they could, and I continued to have regular sessions and an updated exercise regime.

The therapist I saw was lovely, she was welcoming and friendly and seemed to really understand how my underlying health issues impacted my injury. I only needed two visits but both times I had a positive interaction and felt I was listened to and understood.

I have had shoulder pain for quite a long time, really struggled with day to day things,went last week the physiotherapist did hands on opened my shoulder up,got new exercises to do, the therapist is a really nice young man, he explained everything he was doing ,he was very understanding of the pain etc l would highly recommend this practice

Undertook review of problem and after assessment advised to see GP as unable Diagnose underlying problem. Appreciated his willingness to admit inability to offer physio without medical assessment.

The physio I saw gave good advice and listened, but the long gaps between appointments limited the value. It may vary by condition but for an acute injury I feel this would not be helpful.
