I received great treatment from my physio which really improved my hip condition. I received face-to face consultations and was prescribed an on-line exercise regime. My physio was very professional and considerate.

Eight week wait for a physio appointment when suffering constant pain. Nearest clinic ten miles away. Why not my GP surgery two miles away. 78 years old with mobility issues

Diagnosed with arthritis & calcifying tendon in my right hip and knee, pain & mobility -loss, unable to walk uphill, climb stairs & even to dress easily. Even sleep became impossible without painkillers, became dependent on Cuprofen. Ascenti were able to correct all the above issues by introducing me to a program of physical exercises, steered by a therapist who amended the exercises as necessary, as well as providing support, guidance and encouragement. The program and support by the therapist could not fully correct the problems, but I am no longer dependent on painkillers, am able to dress myself, and to walk almost comfortably again. I am continuing to use the full program of exercises prescribed by my therapist so that my mobility and almost pain-free condition continues. I am most grateful to the partnership of NHS & Ascenti, with especial thanks to my therapist.

Referred dur to arthritic hip. They said they can't make pain go away completely but the physio should help. I have religiously done the exercises every day and the pain has reduced considerably.

Didnt know what to expect but amazing treatment and insights. It really helped me overcome some issues and added strength where needed. The app is also really good too as was my physio.

Had a stroke and had problems once my arm started working with my shoulder, the physiotherapist was great and the app is awesome and just what I needed with videos of the exercise I had do was great

Had 3 appointments over 4 months in 3 different places...in the main staff were attentive though one spent so long looking at his laptop and not really listening. Had to / expected to use an app to see and record the exercises I was given..not sure any practitioner looked at my inputs.

Therapist very patient and helpful, all exercises fully explained and explained the benefits. Over the sessions each exercise was amended to my progress.
