My problems related to balance and mobility issues following radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and by severe arthritis in hip. A program of exercises was agreed with the physiotherapist which I completed daily over so far, a six month period. This has resulted in some improvement. I shall continue with the program and will seek further advice as hopefully my improvement continues.

Face to face assessment helped to set up a treatment plan and some call back sessions monitored progression and were very helpful indeed. I have been left with an exercise plan and the offer of a call back to Ascenti within 12 months of the original referral if required. I was very satisified with my experience

I could have and have done, got the same information from the internet. Two visits within two weeks. Then the third visit was three months later. Being in absolute agony this was not received very well and when questioned why it was such a long gap was told that was the earliest appointment. I was then told to contact my GP again. I got an appointment with the GP and was told a new appointment would be arranged. One month later and still in pain I am still waiting for a new physiotherapist appointment. Still taking co-codamol to relieve pain and discomfort.

I recieved exercises for a rota cuff tear,the exercises did a good job on me being able to lift my right arm as previously l was unable to do due to the rota tear,l am still having a few problems and it was explained to me that my age and arthritis could play a part in this

I was referred here for physio for a painful knee. Hardly any hands on treatment and in and out within 10 minutes. Waste of time and NHS money.

From the time I went for my first appointment she had empathy and listened to everything you said . Gave you explanations for all the exercises and sent an app to follow if you forgot the exercises. Appeared confident and knowledgeable about what exercises you needed and was pleasant in manner . I would recommend this physio anytime.

Never having suffered with back pain before I was desperate for help, which I received with Ascenti. Simple exercises simply explained helped from week one so that having completed the course I can now get about more easily and with less pain, to hopefully continue to improve from home.

I have had at least 4 sets of physio sessions on different problems over the years. Before and after surgery. The therapists themselves are wonderful! Patient, caring and considerate. Along with giving confidence to cope with our pain and treatment. I would highly recommend them. And I would like to take this opportunity to thank them all for their help.
