Totally understood my problems with my shoulder . He was so professional and has an incredible knowledge of what treatments I needed. Have very helpful advice and exercises to do to help

I had several months of physio, which was very useful with exercise information, some massage etc. The therapists, were pleasant and friendly, the only negative point was the gaps between appointments, one was 3 months and I would have preferred to remain with the first therapist, but because of the time length I changed.

My physio was really helpful and pleasant. She explained the exercises clearly and patiently and took great care that I wasn't in pain and that the pace was correct.

I found the services and treatment very good, and considerabley eased my pain over time, the gentle men i det with i found to be relaxedin his approch which helped me to relaxduring my sessions, my only criticism is the gap between appointments two to three weeks at times.

I had a lovely girl physio but unfortunately the whole experience made my hip pain worse. I ended up seeing a consultant privately who has given my steroid injections in my back in March 2023 and September 2023

I have had great results from the simple exercises I was given. After 3 months I was able to walk with confidence, without using a stick, and had the added bonus of losing the fluid retention in my legs. It's given me a new lease of life. Thank you for all your help.

Good final review of situation with my shoulder. Given a set of exercises to complete my treatment together with advice as to the action I should take if the shoulder does not respond successfully to the exercise programme. .
