Received physiotherapy at the GP surgery a few times. Frankly it made no difference to my backache, especially on standing doing light cooking. Most useful has been the advice to buy and wear a lumbar support belt whilst doing such work.

Having consulted a private physio following my visit to Ascenti physio due to no hands on treatment, the exercise regime given was endorsed by the private practitioner as been a good one to follow.

The people were kind considerate very helpful and very informative I always felt at ease on my appointment, if I had any problems I could just email them and they would get back to pretty quickly.

The Physiotherapists worked out my main problems and gave me useful advice and exercises to follow in the future to alleviate my symptoms.

No massage of troubled area Just self help instructions Length of lime insufficient to correct problem Had to seek private help that cured the problem

For this particular issue I think a mixture of one to one and virtual appointments worked well for me. The information passed on was clearly explained and has greatly helped

In 2019 an NHS Physio said my knee damage was not suitable for physio treatment but Ascenti had a go. Pain score: I filled this in after each exercise - the Ascenti Physio then gave me a good, detailed explanation as to why they dont see these. Comments: I had commented about the pain and again was given a detailed, professional description of why they are too busy to read them. Medical history: I recently had a heart attack and bypass surgery and am supposed to avoid stress and pain. The wonderful Ascenti Physio explained that this was not a problem as they dont have access to patient records. After 3 months of this fantastic service I was discharged and the Ascenti Physio explained that my case with the NHS was closed. I feel so much better after this wonderful service.

I have had three appointments using Ascenti.... The first and especially the last were positive. An email with exercises from the second visit never materialised and I felt the practitioner had a poor command of the English language. Overall, I would not hesitate to use the service again and have appreciated the advice given. My need for the service was not necessary any more having followed the exercises recommended. Thank you.
