Caring experience; very good physio; explained what he was doing. Printed off exersize sheets and made sure you understood what to do. Have always had good experience with your company and for that reason my first choice.

Good and thorough service. Regular appointments and professional. Good at trying alternative exercises if the ones given aren’t working.

All of my experience was efficient, trouble free and very politely carried out, right from the start of my appointments and treatments. Sadly, the treatment wasn't as successful as I hoped due to the condition of both of my knees.

My physiotherapist was excellent. He listened to my problem and it was easy to understand his plan of how he could help me. He used a model joint to explain what happened when I moved and why I was getting the pain, he then told me what was required to improve my condition. He checked what strength and mobility I had and then set exercises for me to work on between visits. The exercises were all on video clips that I could view on the app whenever I wanted to. I could also record the level of pain as I worked through the programme. My physiotherapist checked my progress at each appointment and adjusted my personalised exercise programme as necessary to improve my strength and mobility. In addition to the advice and guidance the treatment I received at appointments really helped me get through the day. My physiotherapist was a good listener and motivator and I found the whole experience very positive.

I had about 3 sessions of physiotherapy alongside exercises given at outset of injury. Within 3 months I had recovered back to normal function. Very satisfied with the whole experience.

4 sessions with an extremely taciturn physiotherapist were physically adequate, but communication re my concerns were not well dealt with. 2 subsequent sessions with a different physiotherapist were excellent, and reassuring.

Was a little apprehensive of using a computer to guide in exercises but was really surprised at the ease and the results obtained from this service. Along with regular consultations with the physiotherapist the service did the job and relieved the pain and stiffness I was experiencing. Well done.

I had a course of 9 1-hour sessions on my back (onset of arthritis) with a physiotherapist over a 12 month period. She was patient, proficient and listened carefully. Very understanding

I found the physio a great help, and the exercises I keep up regularly, however I feel I agreed to finish too early as I seem to of gone backwards a bit. But I intend to carry on with my exercises and keep on top of it.
