I received good advice and physio exercises to help me deal with my sciatica diagnosis. I am currently completing the exercises on the App on a daily basis and I have noticed gradual improvement as time has gone on. I fully intend to stick to this helpful daily routine until the sessions expire in June 2023. It has become a helpful daily regime.

Everything was explained to me and I was invited to ask any questions or concerns. The physio I received was easy to follow and within a few weeks I could feel a real improvement which continued until completely recovered. I really was surprised and happy to be able to carry on my same life style as before the injury.

I found the exercises and advise given by the physiotherapist very helpful. Although the problem hasn't been cured it is much more manageable and hopefully will improve more as I continue the exercises.

I attended on three separate occasions and, each time was treated with the upmost respect, care and sensitivity. The two different physios that I saw were very good and the exercises that they gave me helped enormously. I would recommend this practice to anyone

Can highly recommend physiotherapy it really helped me. You definitely get out what you put in. You must be willing to put in the time needed to allow the physio to work

From experience there are two parts to physio, exercises you do at home and manipulations the physio performs. Both need face-to-face, the latter for obvious reasons, the former so the physio can teach you the exercises and how to do them properly. An online consultation and videos are no substitute for in-person. Otherwise Dr Google and You Tube are probably just as good.
