I had a telephone conversation with a physiotherapist after 4 earlier sessions with a physio who recommended exercises. I always believed my knee problem was from a fall 9 months ago but was always treated for arthritis.The physio took care to listen to what my problem was and advised accordingly.i felt her approach was respectful to my condition and she didn’t disregard mt theory that all my issues started from a fall.recommended a review in 3 months.i was happy with this as I feel nature is taking its course to heal but I will still be contacted to check on progress.

I followed a 9 session programme of physiotherapy for osteoarthritis. Throughout the time I was always treated with professionalism, courtesy & care which was individualised. The programme was helpful and effective addressing the issues I have - with my commitment to follow advice and the prescribed exercise programme I really have benefitted from the help offered to me. The physiotherapist that I worked with was very knowledgeable & was able to explain the physiology and the disease process in a clear and helpful way which gave me confidence to progress with the exercises. Having completed the prescribed course of exercises I continue to follow the programme as it has really helped improve mobility and balance. I am very grateful to have had this opportunity.

I had problems with knee pain, caused by running. This affected me when walking & also when the knee was immobile (such as sitting) The Physio identified the issue as caused by a weak Quads muscle along with some mild arthritis (i'm in my 60s) By doing the prescribed exercises I have strenthened my muscle so it can control my knee and stop movement in my knee that caused pain. My knee was greatly improved as a result of the exercises. the Physio was very helpful and did a thorough investigation to find the root cause iof the issue along with treatment

The therapist helped to reduce pain I’d been suffering for 2 years. Having been to a private physio regularly for a year and getting no relief, I’m very impressed with therapist, who also gave exercises which help whenever the pain recurrs.

The treatment was very effective. I was listened to and given exercises especially for my knees. They feel much easier when walking.

I have had physio in the past with no problems but this physio lady was condescending definitely not patient with older patients, expecting me to remember things and just kept on about doing the exercises at home. I started to dread my appointments which has never happened before in the past.

I have had so many appointments cancelled/ re arranged at very short notice. Ascenti need 24 hours notice! My last appointment was in June....no treatment done. I think the practice is too big and not enough staff to cover. You don't know where the next appointment will be. Not at all happy.

As the title says, my series of treatment with Ascenti hasn't improved my sciatica to any great extent. The treatment was spasmodic and my 4 visits, which should have been spread over about 3 months, took more like 6 months as I was constantly being phoned to rearrange appointments. In addition the appointments, when they did take place, lasted only around 15 minutes instead of the scheduled 30. Consequently there has been limited improvement in my condition.

Only allowed 6 sessions and when you are still experiencing symptoms from the injury, it seems a rushed experience
