    It took more than one month to get an appointment link since sending the referral, I was 14min late and I have been asked to rebook my appointment and have everything rescheduled. I have explained that I have travelled more than 1h to arrive here but nothing has been done and I did not even see the clinician

    CHEC contacted me twice by text with a link to book an appointment but it was impossible to book such a test without providing an id number which was not given to me. Boots of Leek contacted a rep for CHEC who came back with an id number which was not recognised on your app.

    11.45 and 12.15 appointment time still not seen at 13.00!! Gap between patients going in to see the consultant at least 20 minutes. No information given out. Poky waiting room with insufficient uncomfortable seating.

    Procedure was carried out on time. All staff concerned were both friendly and efficient. Process was explained clearly step by step. Operation went well with no pain experienced. Discharge procedure was good with well documented and verbal explanation. My wife was invited in to hear instructions for eyedrop regime. Then escorted to Reception area. An excellent experience.
