    The staff are all very friendly, very kind and very smiley. i have had a good experience and I would definitely recommend Ilford practice to friends and family.

    I have tried several times to contact CHEC via their automated phone line but each time have been cut off during the “press button number “ phase. Consequently I am unable to book an appointment for eye treatment.

    communication is not possible I am unable to get back to you I try to call03301004730 and get message saying that the line is out of action but it never seems to be capable of any action. you seem incapable of using a telephone. Patients get a letter from you but have no means of getting back to you if the appointment is not possible and I expect you then complain about missed appointments and blame the patient when the fault is not with the patient but is with your awful organisation.

    I called and used the chat facility and was frustrated with not getting the information I needed very easily. I was querying an appointment and the contact could not discuss what the appointment was for as they were not ‘medical’. Surely they should at least be able to share what the appointment was for and what is to be expected at the appointment. When changing the appointment date, the contact was quite abrupt and not helpful when trying to see what alternative dates/times were available. Not a great experience to be honest, especially when I am a little anxious over what may happen at the appointment.

    I had no discomfort. I am very happy with how everything went for appointment in Ilford Chec. Everything was explained thoroughly from start to discharge. Clinician was very helpful. All the staff were helpful. I am absolutely delighted.

    very friendly staff at ilford, i was very nervous before my procedure but when i went in for admission the nurse clamed me down and made sure i was very comfortable. Thank to everyone who has helped me with my processes.

    I have no issues with the clinic, staff and doctors looked after me with care and compassion. Problem lies with head office. I had appointment back in August 2023, from that I should have been called again for second review around December, not only I didn't get called I now find out from today's staff that I should have had a letter containing the results of the August appointment. As I have said the staff at the Blackpool clinic are not at fault, it is the admin side of the company that need to get there act together. This is not a furniture manufacturer, these are people's eyesight your messing about with.
