    I was very nervous about having cataract surgery, all the staff were very kind and made the whole experience calming for me, won’t hesitate to have my other eye done. Thank you

    The staff at CHEC Binley, from the receptionists and nurses to the surgeon, all were kind and helpful and answered any concerns I had prior to and after my cataract surgery. Already notice the difference in my sight and feeling confident in returning to having the other cataract removed. I highly recommend this clinic.

    First cataract operation 08 Jan 24 after referral Dec 23. (Specsavers, Lancaster). This was quick. The result from the first removal was spectacular, vibrant colours and the purest whites. The ability to see two different views with each eye was amazing. Optometrist post-op review 05 Feb a.m. It was fine and the result was sent directly to Chec. Again excellent service (Clare & Howard, Garstang) Appointment for my second eye made p.m. the same day. Second cataract removal 12 Feb 09:00. Knowing what to expect, it was much easier. Home by 10:30, (15 miles up the a6), a second review by the optometrist was booked before lunch for Mar 18. A success story, definitely. Now that the second eye is done I've stopped wearing glasses, as they aren't necessary although it's too early to tell as yet. The staff were great, friendly and helpful, and I could not fault any part of my experience or treatment.

    Why will you not answer the phone? I get a text in respect of my Father but need to speak to you about it. There is an automated answer stating that the person you are calling is not available. I called 10 times yesterday and 2 times today.

    The staff were very professional but friendly and helpful. No problem with the medical side of things but I found the difficulty in finding a space in the very constricted car park extremely stressful. More parking places are urgently required.

    I was very happy with the service provided. Clean surgery and very helpful staff. My procedure was fully explained to me by the eye surgeon . After my procedure I was given a lift home which was greatly appreciated. Thank you
