    Impressed with waiting time and service. The doctor was informative, professional & patient, explained clearly and listened to my concerns detailing the future procedures required.

    Had surgery in the Stevenage clinic. Persistently ringing the telephone number but always un answere. Called head office.very long delay in answering. Had to resort to web site and leave a message .hoping I get a response from it. Very unhappy about after care. Regards, Anne Daly

    I was apprehensive about my eye procedure but as soon as I walked into the clinic I felt at ease. Ever detail was explained to me and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction.

    Frustrated. I have called on three separate occasions. On three separate days in the last week. No answer no ansafone Just left . Not good enough

    The person writing the letters confirming my appointments did not know what treatment I was to receive. For the first appointment I was told to bring the prescription for my glasses, but in fact this was not needed. Also I was told that the scanner was not working, so my visit was a complete waste of time as I was only given a "fields test" which is not an efficient way of testing the field of view. For my second appointment, I was told that I may have drops put in my eyes which meant I could not drive. In fact I did not have drops, they simply gave me an examination of the back of the eye. So it was a complete waste of time for the person who drove me to and from the clinic.

    I love sewing but have not been able to do it for a few years but since the procedure I am sewing again. Thanks to all at the Blackpool practice my life has recovered.

    Each appointment visit has run late by 30 to 40 minutes. There is no visual management to show where a patient is in the queue. Patients are not updated on how long they will be waiting.
