    Contacted by text message.Had two appointments the latter being 17/5/23 at Bromsgrove.Excellent service from technician and specialist. Today 30/5/23 received Two letters telling me that I have an appointment on 17/5/23. Yes the appointment I attended. The admin.clearly needs sorting out, but I say again the medical side was first rate R Hancox I

    The service was exemplary - car to deliver me to and from the appointment, courteous and helpful staff, friendly and sympathetic nurses and surgeon and the procedure was painless.

    I had my cataract surgery at Northampton, I was feeling very anxious. The staff had to keep me calm and held my hand throughout the procedure. From start to finish everything has been excellent. I received confirmation a call and text a few days prior to my appointment. The staff and surgeon were brilliant.

    the only contact i have had regarding my father's referral is by text message. Unable to get through on the phone line. Pre-assessement appointment ignored and phoned a few days early (took one minute). Automated response on phone line about referral. I just want to speak to a human!

    I have attended Partridge opticians in Newport for a mecs appointment and have found the service to be excellent. The staff were lovely. The examination was very thorough. Highly recommended.

    Appointment came promptly. I was seen promptly. Everyone knowledgeable & friendly. I have just received an appointment for 2 May 2023 The letter was dated 30 April 2023. It arrived on 5 May 2023 I had already attended on the 2nd because I received a previous letter & am now discharged I wondered if it was worth checking if any other similar letters went out & / or another patient’s appointment did not reach them

    I can not fault my experience at all. I had my cataract surgery at CHEC Northampton today. Everything has been great from the staff to the procedure and booking my appointments. Having eye surgery is frightening but I was surprised how easy and painless the procedure was.

    My wife had an appointment but when we tried to contact the eye service, every phone had the same recorded message “The person you called is unable to take the call. Call later” No message or alternative is given.waste of time!!!
