    I have had cataracts removed from both eyes now. The operations were quick and pain free. Following first eye vision was quickly cleared. The 2nd eye remained blurry so got in touch. I was quickly given an appointment and Doctor advised was a dry eye problem. He made recommendations about eye drop use and also suggested a silicon implant to aid eye moisture. The eye is now fine so have today cancelled the appointment for implant. Through out, all staff have been understanding and helpful. Appointments have been very quickly arranged with no unreasonable waiting lengths on the day. End result I have clear and much improved eyesight, still need glasses but at a much lower strength. I am very happy with result and have nothing but praise for all the staff I have dealt with.

    Having now attended many appointments at Poundbury over the last couple of years I have always found all staff excellent. In addition, my experience of the booking team in Preston has been very positive. They have been very helpful and efficient.

    I have been to the CHEC clinic in Accrington for treatment and I am very happy with the service. Everything at the clinic has been fine. The process from referral to treatment didn't take long. I would recommend CHEC to family and friends.

    My mother who is 99 this year in a care home was dragged out of bed for a 9 am appointment when no one showed up. It has taken me a month of chasing this up and still, they don't seem to have any interest in visiting her even though her eyesight is rapidly deteriorating. I'm very unhappy when no one bothers to call me back too.

    All the staff were friendly and helpful from arrival at the reception to final departure. The doctor and nurse both explained everything clearly and succinctly and they gave helpful advice. Booking my next appointment was quickly and efficiently managed at the reception desk.
