    When I arrived at the Nottingham clinic for a colonoscopy my initial thoughts were concerning. I was unable to access the building and there seemed to be no staff present. Within a minute or so the receptionist appeared and checked me in quickly and efficiently. Although I had to wait an hour for my procedure after the cannula was inserted the staff were friendly. The team performing the procedure were brilliant. They put me at ease from the get go, chatting with me and explaining everything that was happening. Once in recovery the staff were friendly, efficient and bearing in mind I hadn't eaten in over 24 hours, made me the best cup of tea and offered biscuits quickly. They explained what they needed to do before I could leave and told me when to call my family member to come and collect me. A member of staff escorted me to the reception area to 'hand me over' to the person collecting me. They gave him full instructions about what I could and couldn't do. Every single member of the team was kind, friendly, efficient, caring and professional with just the right amount of humour when appropriate. I would recommend this service to anyone. Well done NHS on easing the wait times by using an excellent community partner.

    My visit at CHEC Stoke was so efficient, the staff are so friendly and helpful, they called to let me know the lift was out of order, and they would help if needed. The technician was helpful and accommodating, my appointment was even a few minutes early. The clinic is clean, tidy and a nice environment. I would definitely recommend CHEC.

    Absolutely brilliant, everyone is wonderful here. I couldn't fault anyone at this practice. The surgeon was pleasant and not talkative. I would definitely give 200%.

    Short waiting times for out patient and surgery. Quick and pain free surgery. Five weeks post surgery felt pain and red eye so tried to contact clinical helpline at the weekend. Call went straight to voice mail which was full so no messages could be left. On Monday went to the clinic and was told no appointment until Wednesday. Tried calling clinical helpline number shown on external notice board at the clinic and automated message said this was an incorrect number. Presumably the expectation is people will just go to A&E

    I would highly recommend the Watford CHEC clinic. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and put me at ease. The process was explained in full and I had every opportunity to ask questions. The clinic was extremely clean.

    Today i had my colonoscopy, i had to have sedation and pain relief. The 3 staff i had in the room with me were fantastic, they knew i was nervous and kept me calm and was very professional and understanding, and caring, which enabled them to complete their duties. The nurses in recovery were so kind and helpful. I would definately recommend this place to people. Thankyou.
