    No problem with making an initial appointment, smooth and precise. Had to cancel for personal reasons, but this was dealt with in a friendly manner, and a new date confirmed there and then. Impeccable service without question or any hint of a problem. A truly pleasurable experience. Thank you.

    I've been going to chec through referral from my GP for a year now. Not once have I seen the same person about the problems that I have. When prescribed something I had to keep going back to my local CHEC to get paper copies of my prescriptions as they couldn't gather the mental capacity between them to send it over. Because chec couldn't get to the bottom of the issues I was having I had to pay £300 to go private. I requested my data and was told in 2-5 days I would have this information but it turns out I was lied to and had to attend the private consultation without any information to give as the request hadn't even been processed. I would not recommend and would probably not go back if I was going blind and they were the last option on earth. I don't know how on earth they can call themselves community eye care when the only thing they seemed to care about was getting me out the door. 0/10

We can confirm that DSAR (record requests) can take up to 30days to process, which is in line with legislation, we will of course always endeavour to complete these prior to this time, however, acknowledge this may not always be achievable.     Chec Severn Fields has been excellent, there has been free parking at the clinic. I have found the process for appointments fast and the clinics run on time. All staff are good and very nice.

    Been contacted by Text and then by Letter to book an appointment with CHEC about my eyes. All the links they provide are useless and you cant book an appointment. The phone service is also useless and you cant make an appointment.

    Was referred by Vision Express as in need of cataract surgery. Assessment appointment came from CHEC in 2 weeks. Staff were excellent and an appointment for surgery was arranged for 2 weeks time. That was yesterday. Staff were again brilliant and the procedure was quick and painless. The result is remarkable. My vision in the treated eye is crystal clear. I had not realised how bad it was! Thank you CheC. Treatment of my other eye cannot be soon enough .Thoroughly Recommended

    I attend Woodside Medical practice for my appointments. The clinic is easy to find and it is easy to park. The reception staff are helpful and always point you in the right direction. The clinic is clean and the staff are friendly, appointments are usually run on time.
