Lovely friendly and helpful staff who made me feel at ease! The surgeon talked me through the procedure while operating and it was done in no time. CHEC highly recommended!

I have now had both eyes done had my first one done on 02/04/2024 and my second done on 02/05/2024 both were a success . Had different surgeon’s for each Opperation the first was much more pleasant than the second, but I think this was because I was expecting it to be the same as the first each surgeon has there own techniques hence a different experience.

Thank you to the caring and very skilful staff at CHEC Nottingham. I have had cataract surgery in both eyes and my extreme short sightedness corrected. I now have the best eyesight I have ever had in my life.

From the initial appointment to the post op discharge the service was professional and friendly. Procedures were explained clearly and information was given at every stage.

I was meet at reception by a lovely lady,I was very anxious and she made me feel much more relaxed with words of encouragement about my surgery. I felt so much better and I would like to thank her for her support, as I was there by myself, and coming back to reception she was there to ring for my lift home and offered me a cup of tea.

Had an appointment at CHEC. The staff were very polite. I was a short time in the waiting area before being invited in for my test. The member of staff explained everything thoroughly beforehand and made me feel at ease. In all a very pleasant experience.

Referred by optician approximately 6 weeks ago and had operation today ! Absolutely painless but slight discomfort but nothing to worry about. My thanks to all at CHEC (Stevenage).
