    Extremely nice staff and consultant. Appointment on time.Felt very comfortable. Consultant explained my condition fully and in laymans language.

    Unfortunately I had to reappoint more than once due to other health issues but the practice was understanding and offered alternative dates. I was seen promptly and the minor procedure was performed quickly and professionally.

    I was seen at my exact appointment time of 9.10. My hearing is bad, but the person carrying out the procedure in a dark room made the effort to speak in a way that I could understand which was such a big help to me and enabled me to communicate normally.
