    Despite the admirable principles on which this company bases its business plan, my experience did not come up to that advocated standard. The premises were in poor condition. The organisation of the appointments were unreliable. One minute they were off the next they were on. The proper equipment was not initially available on the day therefore patients were told that their procedures might have to postponed. When however the equipment was fortunately sourced, it’s initial absence meant the procedures were delayed by about 90 minutes. In my particular case, the clinician was unsure, which of my lesions on my back needed to be removed despite them having been identified on a previous visit, I was therefore asked to sign indemnifying him against removing the wrong one. On a positive note I will concede that the procedure itself was quick, efficient and painless.

    It’s absolutely a bizarre this afternoon when I arrived Health Harmonie - Landmark in Green Park, 450 Brook Drive, Reading, Berkshire around 14:50 for my 15:00 appointment today on 8/1/2023 (Sunday), only to find out that all the doors were locked and there was absolutely no one inside the whole ground floor. As we couldn’t find any door bell or explanation note on the door, we called 01214547779 for help but obviously no one answered the call because it was out of office hours! In fact, there was no waiting area outside the Landmark and it was a cold rainy and windy afternoon, we could only stay outside for 5 minutes until 15:05 and left the site. At 15:20 I missed a phone call 01217941768 from Birmingham so I returned the Birmingham phone call 01217941768 at 15:24, only to find out it was from a Harmonie guy without name and title trying to blame me on my leaving the empty premises?! And he said we should stay for 5 more minutes and then someone would come for the door?! We explained we did wait for 5 minutes but there was absolutely no sign of movement in their office before we left and obviously the guy wanted to blame us upon their own faults. This is an absolutely unacceptable service for anybody.

    I visited Healthharmonie at Anglesey Street, Hednesford, for an appointment. No receptionist on duty. I was shouted from the room at bottom of corridor to go down. Usually they come and collect you. I was surprised at this as its not very professional at all. Felt worthless to be honest and was not impressed at all. I usually have good service when visiting but not this time

    Visited the Anglesey Street in Hednesford practice for dermatology appointment. I usually have an excellent experience but this time I was disappointed. I arrived and no receptionist. I was shouted from the room at the bottom of the corridor - which I found strange. Was told to go down - where is the customer service? Usually collected from the reception area so I was not impressed and thought how unprofessional of them. Felt worthless to be honest and very disappointed

    My first contact with them was terrible I was passed from pillow to post then referred bk to my GP. I finally had my imagines done and told I would get my results in 7 day’s direct. Still not heard anything. Called back today, same again passed around, spoke to someone I couldn’t understand then told me I had been discharged back. He didn’t seem to know again what they were doing. Very incompetent!! I will refuse to ever go here again. They operate from huts also.!

    I had an appointment in Nottingham as have high pressure behind the eye, the person i saw after having a field test was very abrupt and rude, and the first thing he said to me was I have Glaucoma and will be on drops the rest of my life. When this finally sank in i wanted to ask questions ,he would not let me, just kept saying it was caught early. Told me to come back in 2 months after using the drops and i need to read the leaflet twice and he would test me on this. it took 4 weeks to get the drops and they made my eye feel like there was gravel in them, I was not convinced and needed a 2nd opion, so I went private. Saw a lovely specialist who was so nice and did loads of tests and a field test which was normal and he said to me I had not got Glaucoma and to stop the eye drops , just need to get an eye test done once a year to check the pressure , but other than that my eyes are healthy which was not what i was told at health Harmonie. if I ever got referred again from the opticians I would never use this company again . When I told the specialist what had happened he could not believe it , the problem is that they are in experienced which is not what you want when dealing with eyes.

    The service been in the community compared to in the main hospital was a big bonus for me. No parking issues, the venue is along a main road through the city so good road / public transport links. The long hours that were available for appointments made it much easier to find a slot that worked best for me. The staff were lovely from the receptionists, to the doctors through to the clinic nurses who I saw three times a week and built up a nice rapport.
