I went in for my appointment to see the surgeon quite anxious about my neck problem . He was brilliant and very thorough , he went through everything that could be possible, showed me my MRI results and explained in detail. Most important to say too, that he listened. He made the out come of this appointment a positive one for me as I have had my ordeals in the past.

Neede full hip replacement. Always received great service & staff were excellent. Stay at Thornbury was great. Aftercare has been attentive & relevant

Wonderful experience from start to finish - Everyone was helpful polite and very friendly - My appointment was dealt with efficiently and punctual - The surgeon went out of his way to describe the procedure in great detail and put my mind at ease

In February 2023 I had a complete knee replacement organised by One Health I received excellent customer service and an excellent surgeon. I attended all my physio appointments and I am now pain free and have achieved a good bend on my new knee. Thank you to everyone concerned. Jennifer Moon

One Health seems to be more an admin arm rather than a service provider but they do Co- ordinate all aspects of care. They follow a formula for physio so they authorise an exact number of sessions rather than providing the number of sessions required. After my first 4 the physio had to write and request more which meant I had a couple of weeks uncertainty. One health were great in phoning up about appointments and all were promptly actioned.

I had a day surgery in February. From the initial correspondence to the hospital and staff everything when very well. This was the second time I have been in this hospital and I would have no qualms about going again. Top class from the top to the bottom
