Husband had really bad toothache with temperature with earache & headache. Called at 9.30 on Sunday being told call back within 2 hrs, it’s now Tuesday and no one ever called. Had a couple of calls saying his on the list and will be called but never did. Call handler at start was like a robot and quite abrupt. The calls we had to say he was still on a list were hard to understand as didn’t speak very good English.I don’t think I will ever use this service again.

My father was suddenly unwell this evening. Called for advice and within 4 hours we had spoken to a GP, referred to shropdoc and was prescribed medication to treat the diagnosis. Thank you for your care and support

Terrible waited 6hrs eventually spoke to a Dr who then sent prescription to a pharmacy that was closed for 3 days over bank holiday instead of the one l requested that was open l will never ring 111 again as this experience is beyond a joke

Phoned at 6:30pm due to daughters (age 4) neck suddenly swelling up. Got told a clinician would phone me. 9pm daughter is now running a fever (38.9) and complaining her neck hurts, phoned 111 back and told they have logged the call and to wait for the call off the clinician. Clinician finally phoned at 11pm, had me wake my daughter to run through questions etc. Then told me it could be mumps and an OOH dr will call me, but that could take up to 6 hours. OOH dr called at 1am and advised that it might be mumps or it might be a throat infection, but as her temperature has dropped to 37.5 it no longer warrants an OOH appointment and to just go to a&e in the morning! Waste of 6 hours and should have just gone straight to a&e. At least then I’d have proper answers.

I rang up and spoke to a person I have excruciating pain and have Paracetamol to Ketamine along with nerve pain medication which isn't working very well, I spoke to her and she said take pain medication?? and ring a dentist in 7 days In total disbelief why hasn't she got listening ears I thanked her! cut the call and went online totally different questions on there and got a phone number to ring at 8.00 this morning. As a person trying to get help another person reading a script and not really bothered about you Use The Internet Site its by far the better service, last time i would ever ring 111 A better chance for treatment would be google.

Called at 21:30 due to having covid experiancing chest pain in my left, difficulty breathing and tightness told me that someone would ring me immediately at 10:30pm never did I receive a call was calling 111 multiple time for them to hang the phone up by the time they called me back it was 4am!!! Operator Told me not to ring 999 as I had covid!!! All that For someone to tell me to get some rest absolutely useless!!!!! I wouldn't suggest people using 111 your better off going to a&e if you can

I have done my Cataract surgery and all went well but due saving money, they did not review after the surgery. I had previous complication, I wanted them to review after a month. They said I have to go to optition for review. Very disappointed. Same operation done by Moorfield hospital for my first eye and they reviewed and the spot the swelling behind retina and treated. NHS should not send patient just for operation without review to private practice. Very disapoint by this.

If I could give no stars for this review and still review them, I would the nhs as a whole has failed miserably in the uk Peoples teeth are falling apart and cannot get a dentist in North Wales. It’s an absolute disgrace you tell people that you’re going to be contacted 12 midday yesterday didn’t happen as a consequence I’m now pulling my own teeth out nhs has failed miserably miserably absolute miserably and should be ashamed of themselves go private . You get a better Service. nhs england wales has failed miserably. And people are gonna have no teeth for nhs doesn’t care about that because it’s not considered severe unless your face is swollen. My face is swollen and you still can’t contact me so I’ll pull my own teeth out sticker nhs up your up your gluteus maximus make sure there’s no swearing in. This review to make sure other people in North Wales get to read what it’s like the nhs111 dental absolute disgrace
