I have walked in twice this week to have (first) my COVID booster and (second) my flu vaccination (I did not want to have them both at the same time, though that service was available if I wanted it). I had written out my details just to make sure they found me easily on the NHS SystmOne database. On both occasions I was seen promptly at Reception and then had the vaccinations within a few minutes. The physician explained the details clearly and left me reassured. It was easy to park (for up to an hour) - the car park is around the back with an entrance off Lincoln Road (which also leads to a sports centre). The service was excellent - thank you.

Me and my husband have just had our COVID vaccination and the service was excellent. Well organised. Made to feel at ease. We were in and out in 10 minutes. Great service

The doctor I saw was great. He was quickly, answered all my questions and more and generally lovely. But the reception had paperwork out on the counter with people’s names, dob, address and so on. It was just there on display for anyone to see. That’s a big data protection breach.

Had Flu jab today & as a bonus had my Covid booster too. The Practioner who administered both jabs was Fantastic! He was very informative, made me laugh and put me totally at ease - Well Done!

I went for my covid vaccination and found the space and the Doctor/assistant very pleasant and relaxing. I had a seat in the waiting room and only had a short wait.

Punctual with the appointment. Clear signage. Friendly. Dedicated area for waiting. Separate counters for different services.

Went for our Covid jab. Booked app online. Arrived a little early, but waited just a few minutes, then we were called. Very good service.

Used the medical centre carpark, as there was no other parking available. Had to go into the medical centre to enter reg number, otherwise its £100 fine. There was nothing wrong with Graham youngs and my Covid jab.
